Can't sign in?
Forgot your password
Get a reset link by email: enter the email you sign in with and we'll email a link to set a new password. This works for shop logins too (then sign in on the app). No access to that email? Ask head office to reset it on the Logins page. Nobody can see your old password.
It says the login is locked
5 wrong passwords lock the login for 15 minutes. Wait 15 minutes and try again, ask your manager or head office to unlock it, or set a new password by email, which also unlocks it.
It says shop logins can only be used in the app
Shop logins work in the kitchen app, not on this website. Sign in on the tablet or phone app instead.
Check your email address
Sign in with your full work email address. Check for typos and that caps lock is off.
New member of staff
Shop staff use their shop's login on the kitchen app. Ask your manager for it. Head office logins are set up by head office.
